New modules: everything organised in one place

This year we focused on making sure employees and payroll accountants always have their key documents easily accessible and well-organised. The result is a set of new modules that is already helping the first clients to streamline their daily administration.

• Confirmation for the second taxpayer's employer — The new module makes it easy to generate the required confirmation directly from the declaration archive — whether for the tax office or the employer of the second taxpayer. It also supports automatic employee signing.
• ELDP – Pension insurance registration record — Payroll accountants can edit and bulk-upload registration records directly within the employee archive they are working with.
• POZP – Confirmation of taxable income — This module is designed for efficient management of confirmations — employees have their documents securely stored while accountants can edit and import them in bulk.

The meetup had a great atmosphere and we were very pleased by the positive feedback on Daňovka's ongoing product development, which is also reflected in the Satisfaction Survey tool. Your feedback has a real impact — many of the suggestions we received are already feeding into planned improvements and strategic decisions for the coming period. Daňovka is heading to Slovakia

Based on interest from our clients operating in the Slovak market, we have begun work on a Slovak edition of Daňovka. The project is in its early stages and we will keep you updated as it progresses. Legislative changes and security first

A new form for the Annual Tax Settlement Request came into force this year. Daňovka was prepared for this change — and for other legislative updates — well in advance. The new version of the application was distributed to clients in December so they had plenty of time to get familiar with it and make the transition.

In the context of these changes and Daňovka's ongoing product development, regular security testing and vulnerability checks are carried out by independent auditors. Last year we audited the security of the entire application against OWASP and ASVS Level 2 standards to ensure maximum protection against potential attacks. These steps guarantee a high level of protection for sensitive user data, and we will continue raising the security bar to keep your data safe at all times.
